Bino-Arm assembly and use

The Bino-Arm unit comprises two sections – the adjustable monopod leg and the cross bar arm. The cross bar fits on to the leg – and you’re ready to go. It’s that simple!

In use, the unit is so extremely effective because the Bino-Arm leg in conjunction with the user’s own two legs actually form a ‘tripod’.

Then, the user’s arms resting on the cross bar provide a ‘clamp’ to hold the binoculars steady - just as if they were resting on something solid.

But, it is better than that. By altering the height of the leg the unit can be adjusted to comfortably suit the height of the user, or to their angle of view. This also allows the unit to be used in a standing or a sitting position.

And if that were not enough, by a slight movement of the elbows, whilst still resting on the cross bar, it becomes possible to follow moving objects, such as birds or aircraft, or to scan the sky or horizon, all the time keeping the binoculars firm and the view steady in the eyepiece.
